Our studio offers a unique blend of rehabilitation and fitness through our physiotherapist-led Pilates classes. Our classes include Mat Pilates, Studio Pilates, Mum&Bubs and Mums2be.
The Studio
With wonderful new Pilates facilities, we are excited to offer you a fresh approach to your rehabilitation and exercise needs.
Whether you are managing an injury or attempting to reach your peak physical fitness, all of our classes are run by Physiotherapists with post-graduate training in Clinical Pilates Rehabilitation to help make your goals a reality. This makes Pilates-based rehab a safe and effective form of exercise, suitable for anyone of any age, fitness or ability.
Our Sessions
Mat Pilates
Our Mat classes are held in a group workout setting, integrating Pilates-based principles with functional movement exercises to engage the whole body.
Studio Pilates
Studio sessions aim to improve strength, flexibility, co-ordination and posture by using the Pilates reformer and other spring-loaded resistance equipment.
Mums2be Pilates
A one hour pregnancy exercise classes that have been carefully designed with the wellbeing of both you and bub in mind.
Mums + Bubs Pilates
Want a safe and effective way to return to exercise after delivery? Then this is the class for you!
Paediatric Pilates
These classes are play-based and safe, run in our state of the art pilates studio for 60 minutes. With a small group of up to four children at a time, Caitlin is able to pay focussed attention to your child’s needs.
