What is Remedial Massage?

Remedial massage focuses on treating musculoskeletal injuries and pain using a wide range of techniques including deep tissue massage, myofascial release, trigger point therapy and stretching.

Common issues treated include soft tissue injuries, chronic pain, migraines and headaches and stress and anxiety. Treatment includes the manipulation of soft tissues to help improve blood flow and tissue flexibility.
